Wholesale commerce for the world's most iconic street artist

A bespoke B2B commerce platform for the UK's exclusive distributor of Banksy Captured — a two-volume photographic archive by Steve Lazarides documenting 12 years alongside Banksy. Handles tiered wholesale pricing, five buyer segments, automated lead nurture, campaign-specific landing pages, and self-service ordering for approved accounts.
Wholesale was running on manual outreach, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. No self-service ordering. Lead capture fragmented across forms, emails, and trade fair contacts. Five buyer segments — independent galleries, bookshops, museum shops, gift retailers, and international distributors — needed different messaging but shared a single funnel.
Three surfaces behind a single Next.js deployment: a public wholesale funnel with campaign-specific compositions, a customer portal for approved accounts with volume-tiered pricing, and an admin dashboard for account approval, order management, and email flow monitoring. Campaign pages assembled from composable database-driven sections.
Five email automation flows (17 steps, 16 React Email templates). Tiered wholesale pricing engine (50–58% margin). Stripe checkout with NET 30/60 terms. Row Level Security on every Supabase table. Shopify headless inventory sync. Notion CRM integration.
A two-person team now has wholesale infrastructure that rivals much larger operations. Leads are captured, nurtured, and converted through automated sequences. Approved accounts self-serve through the portal. Campaign moments are capitalised on within hours, not weeks.

From scattered spreadsheets and manual outreach to one composable wholesale system.
