The Why

This is why I start every project with two questions: What's going well? What's not going so well? These aren't data collection questions. They're invitations to actually see and hear another person. When we create space for that connection, transformation becomes possible.
The technology — the platforms, the code, the systems — all of it serves this deeper purpose. It's infrastructure for human connection, not a replacement for it.
The Belief
We're at an inflection point. Our technological power is outpacing our wisdom institutions. We can split atoms and edit genes, but our decision-making frameworks are still built for a slower, smaller world.
The Shift
The model has been wrong.
- Social media optimizes for consumption. You're an audience member, not a participant.
- Events create moments, not movements. The energy peaks and dissipates.
- Traditional consulting assumes experts have the answers. It excludes lived experience and local context.
How I Work
Start with Empathy
Not personas or user research — actual listening. What's working? What's not? I meet people where they are, not where I want them to be.
Create Structure
Not rigid process, but frameworks that enable breakthrough thinking. Clear scope. Weekly iterations. Decisions made quickly.
Design and Build
No handoffs between designer and developer. I think in systems, design interfaces, and write production code.
Integrate AI Practically
Not hype. Not "AI everything." Automate the boring parts. Support human judgment. Make people more capable, not dependent.
Ship
Real products, not just decks or demos. Working platforms, not concept presentations. Speed comes from clarity, not compromise.
