AART.SPACE
Bespoke B2B commerce platform for Banksy Captured by Steve Lazarides
A bespoke wholesale platform for the UK's exclusive distributor of Banksy Captured — a two-volume photographic archive by Steve Lazarides. Handles tiered pricing, five buyer segments, automated lead nurture, campaign-specific landing pages, and self-service ordering for approved accounts.

The business had three revenue channels targeting £600k annual revenue with wholesale as the engine at £350k — but it was running on manual outreach, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.

Process
The problem
Wholesale was running on manual outreach, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. No self-service ordering for approved accounts. Lead capture fragmented across forms, emails, and trade fair business cards. Five distinct buyer segments — independent galleries, bookshops, museum shops, gift retailers, and international distributors — needed different messaging but shared a single funnel.
The approach
Designed and built three surfaces behind a single Next.js deployment: a public wholesale funnel with campaign-specific compositions, a customer portal for approved accounts with volume-tiered pricing, and an admin dashboard for account approval, order management, and email flow monitoring. Campaign pages are assembled from composable database-driven sections so new opportunities can be deployed in hours, not weeks.
Key features
Five interconnected email automation flows covering lead nurture, account onboarding, post-order follow-up, payment collection, and re-engagement — 17 steps across 16 React Email templates. Tiered wholesale pricing engine (50–58% margin depending on volume). Stripe checkout with NET 30/60 payment terms. Row Level Security on every Supabase table. Shopify headless inventory sync. Notion CRM integration for pipeline management.
The outcome
A two-person team now has the operational infrastructure of a much larger wholesale operation. Leads are captured, nurtured, and converted through automated sequences. Approved accounts self-serve through the portal. Campaign moments are capitalised on within hours rather than weeks. The system is designed to scale from single-product focus toward a multi-artist platform.

Outcome
A two-person team now has the operational infrastructure of a much larger wholesale operation. Leads are captured, nurtured, and converted through automated sequences. Approved accounts self-serve through the portal. Campaign moments — like The Mystery of Banksy exhibition at Depot Mayfield — can be capitalised on within hours rather than weeks. The system is designed to scale from single-product focus toward a multi-artist platform without architectural changes.
