Process
The challenge
AI can generate answers instantly, but when decisions matter, users still need human verification. The challenge isn't access to information — it's confidence: who is answering, why should I trust them, what's the incentive for quality, and how do we prevent reputation gaming?
The approach
We designed a simple surface experience that hides complexity: ask in plain language, system routes to best-fit experts, answer arrives with transparent credentials and confidence signals, then reward and reputation updates happen automatically. Trust was designed into the mechanics — not as a badge, but through visible proof, verification moments, and anti-gaming guardrails.
The outcome
A clearer core loop that users could understand in under a minute. Expert onboarding that reduced drop-off and improved early answer quality. Trust mechanics that made verification feel calm and normal. A scalable UX foundation for iterating incentive and reputation systems.
