Overview
Deterministic contract assembly for music licensing and rights clearance — 450ms latency, 100% reproducible output, zero hallucinations. Built for AI agents to execute licensing agreements at scale without human intervention.
Process
The problem
Traditional contract generation takes weeks and lacks the deterministic, API-accessible infrastructure required for AI agents to autonomously handle licensing at scale. Middlemen exploit creators through opaque processes.
The solution
We built a constitutional approach: 115 pre-approved legal clauses, 134-token DDEX/CWR validation registry, and cryptographic audit trails. AI can SELECT, EXPLAIN, VALIDATE — but never generate legal text.
The architecture
Next.js 16, Convex real-time database, DocuSeal e-signatures, full DDEX ERN 4.3 compliance. Sub-500ms validation, sub-2s assembly, 10K concurrent executions per minute.
The outcome
The only API-first, deterministic, DDEX-native contract platform built specifically for the agent economy — transforming weeks of negotiation into seconds of automated execution.
